1.The Importer or the consignee applies for pre-shipment inspection to CCIC East Europe, providing the following applying materials to CCIC East Europe:
A. Pre-shipment Inspection Application Form fully filled in, signed and stamped;
B. CIQ or AQSIQ Registration Record on the Used Equipment and the Equipment List;
C. Authorization Letter fully filled in, signed and stamped.
2. CCIC East Europe informs the applicant of an inspection quotation.
3. The applicant pays for the inspection fee in advance.
4. CCIC East Europe makes an inspection plan and schedules an inspection date when the payment is received.
5. CCIC East Europe inspectors go to the site to perform the inspection.
6. The applicant takes corrective actions to remove the non-conformities found during the inspection, if necessary.
7. CCIC East Europe issues a certificate of pre-shipment inspection on the equipments.
8. CCIC East Europe posts the inspection certificate directly to Chinese applicant.
9. The applicant steps forward to contact China CIQ to get associated documents for customs clearance.
